Frequently asked questions Video format All of the video clips on this site are in the QuickTime format, you will need to make sure you have the latest version of the Quicktime player. Most clips are 16 x 9 PAL. Standards conversion can be applied if required. The preview clip size is 512 x 288 pixels and typically a 15 second clip will have a file size of 2.0 MB. Searching Enter your search criteria, multiple words are accepted. The search engine queries Title, Description, Keyword and Clipnumber ID fields. If you are VAT exempt and can prove this reliably then we will be happy to refund the vat amount to you. Payment All payments are processed through the PayPal system where you can either use an existing PayPal account or your credit card. You do not need to be a PayPal member to use the facility. Clip delivery Upon receipt of payment we will upload the footage to our server and send you an email to the address specified during the payment process. The email will include download instructions. The files will be available to download for a period of 10 days from date of email. If the clips are required on CD or DVD an extra charge will be incurred.
